There are hotels for tourists, and then there are homes for travellers. Some feed purely on business from customers, some live on memories of friends that were once strangers.
Most would want to stare into a menu and choose, others can take in the smell of our organic garden and pick. What was once a dream, is now slowly entering the waking state!
So here it is with plateau-like grounds, sunrise and sunset views, pine forests, and wildlife ranging from tree climbing monkeys to tree climbing leopards, wild boars and hippies.

Our Offerings
Our categories of accommodation include glamping, suite, family rooms and an executive room to select accompanied by ample space for bonfires, outdoor activities and sports.
We provide room service too. Our amenities include free wifi and parking, a valley view trek to Lansdowne to satiate your desired cravings for the streams of the unknown and a restaurant and beer bar, “The Lansdowne Bar” which won't leave your palate wanting.
With star-studded and wide red-tinted skies and a 360° view, this can be your next significant and eminent experience of bonhomie over a cup of cutting/kulhad chai, seasonal organic greens, engagement with our culture and a little time away from the daily grind.
Our Story
Samskara and Samsara was never planned.
We as a family came from different backgrounds - real estate, cinematography, fashion & literature. The land was bought in small-small chunks by Mr. Ajay Satija, a realtor and the owner of Samskara & Samsara, between 2010 to 2014. The initial plan was to make and sell villas but whenever we came here, we felt a divine presence that we got strongly connected to.
We would come here to reflect and rest and always left with a little more acceptance and gratitude than when we arrived.
So, fast forward to October 2015, we hosted our first guest, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, when the establishment was formless & rudimentary.
By degrees & constant nurture, a small community came into existence and now we share it with our fellow seekers.

Hands down the best pet-friendly resort I've ever come across. Mostly all the guests had brought their own pets and for the time I stayed the entire property was like a dog paradise. Loved my stay while I was there with my fiance. Food, beers, bonfire, staff, location, rooms - everything top-notch.

Imagine a cabin nestled in between the woods, add mountains, great food and unreal sunsets to it. That’s what this property offers you. As close to the nature as you can be, a perfect weekend getaway with friends and in the a price cheaper than what it takes to go out dining and drinking in the city.

Loved my stay at the property. The staff was extremely helpful. The jungle view from the glamping tent is so calming and the sunset from the property is really magical. The food was delicious as well. Will definitely come back here!
